授業内容と方法
This course will be conducted via Webclass. Please make sure you have a computer so that you can participate in this course. I will be posting vocabulary quizzes and other materials related to English presentation on Webclass. We will be using a textbook titled "English Presentation Today アクティビティで学ぶ英語プレゼン術 (Pond 2008)."
English is the common language of this world. As a student at an university or when you enter a workplace, you will have plenty of opportunities to conduct presentations in English. Through this course, you will learn the basics of English presentation and other crucial elements that are attached when presenting in English. This will make you well prepared for any circumstances when you need to present in English. Not only will students learn from the textbook but, as for advancement, students will also find some things related to social issues and create power points and a script on them. Students will also take Vocabulary Quizzes, write a Short Response Paper for the midterm-examination and take the Final Exam. By the end of the course, students will have learned the practical features when conducting a presentation in English and should be able to this with less difficulty.

Bi-weekly vocabulary quiz: 5%
Midterm (Short Response Paper on the units covered in class): 20%
