In this course, you are provided with the opportunity to build on existing speaking skills to become a more effective presenter. You will be able to deliver engaging and convincing presentations in a variety of contexts and settings with confidence and in fluent English, using a variety of language techniques and non-verbal tools. You also learn how to present in an online environment.
At the end of the course you can
deliver an effective, argument-based presentation using appropriate
register and vocabulary
body language
vocal techniques
rhetorical devices
visual aids
present with skill and confidence
apply relevant performance techniques in public speaking
analyze yourself and others in terms of presentation techniques and effectiveness
